1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unused Condition: Refunds are only available for products that have never been worn and are still in their original, new condition.
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Inspection Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough review of the product's condition. If the product does not meet our criteria for a refund (i.e., if it shows signs of wear or damage), no refund will be issued.
2. Sale Items - Specific Conditions
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
- Exchange only: Sale items may be exchanged only, subject to availability, and within a strict period of 24 hours following receipt of the order.
Items must strictly meet the following conditions:
- not worn,
- not used,
- eturned in their original, new condition with intact original packaging.
Any exchange request made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
3. Return Fees
All return shipping fees and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Occo will not cover or reimburse any return expenses.
4. Refund Process
