Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Occo is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors, including shipping carrier issues or events beyond our control.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Occo pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy are available on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our criteria.
